Very disappointed

My ring tarnished and lost all of its luster the second I swam in the pool with it. How do I fix this?

Hello Jamie, I am so sorry to hear that it tarnished. If it was a pool with chlorine, that does tarnish the sterling silver. We can polish it and if we can't get the luster back we will replace it for you with a new one. Just go to our website, under explore tab at the top, click on repairs/returns and exchange tab/ There should be a form there, fill that out and send the ring with the form to the PO box listed there.
